All of these issues ceased to have relevance when the Privy Council ruled. A matter was brought before the Anguilla court for adjudication. The court decided the case. On appeal taken to the Court of Appeal the decision of the local court was upheld. The matter was appealed again to the highest possible court, the Privy Council. The decision was upheld again. The Privy Council is to Anguilla as the Supreme Court is to the United States, the court of last resort. When the Privy Council ruled, the matter ended, for then, for now, and for all time. There is no choice for anyone involved but to accept it. If due to their frustration they engage in crime then they should be appropriately prosecuted.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37949944.post-42595418513445086172010-10-04T14:14:33.687-04:002010-10-04T14:14:33.687-04:00KEEPING IT HONEST
The Attorney General in Anguill...KEEPING IT HONEST

The Attorney General in Anguilla, like the Attorneys General in Turks and Caicos Islands and all the British Overseas Territories, is appointed by the British. In Anguilla the Attorney General is and has always been a foreigner catering to British Interests and apparently following British directives.

Mr. Mitchell is wrong, when he says that it is a dispute between two families. It is actually a dispute between one family. All the persons involved on both sides are ONE FAMILY.

The land was originally registered in equal shares to all 8 children of a deceased person, and then the heirs of 1 claimed the entire 200 acres.

LET US KEEP IT HONEST.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37949944.post-17586095797001625462010-10-04T07:54:51.068-04:002010-10-04T07:54:51.068-04:00>>Buffoons have little intelligence, and do ...>>Buffoons have little intelligence, and do not read economics at Oxford. If only the UK would clean up our mess and set up the proper checks and balances, we the regular people could get on with our jobs, money being spent on things to benefit the people at large, instead of a select few. I put the blame and the responsability squarely in their court for allowing Anguilla to become a disorganized mess and to allow so many to rape our treasury.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37949944.post-89010465173619769402010-10-03T12:58:47.868-04:002010-10-03T12:58:47.868-04:00Buffoons have little intelligence, and do not read...Buffoons have little intelligence, and do not read economics at Oxford.
