Ethics and integrity was the order of the day within the civil service. I may be out of touch with how it should be now but I firmly believe those values are missing with in the service these days. I believe that people come into the service with good intentions, but get caught up along the way and follow the Romans like when you are in Rome.<BR/>This ethics and integrity should also be geared towards the managers as well because they come up short by all accounts. thank you Mr Mitchell, we had no one in our day we only relied on the home teaching.
